Onunka Kelechi

Kelechi Onunka is an experienced architect responsible for project coordination and project management. A 1997 graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State and certified architect of Nigerian Institute of Architects and ARCON registered. He has over 20 years working variously as project architects, lecturer and project Manager.
Ojo Olujide
Projects Manager
A 1992 Masters graduate in Architecture, from Obafemi Awolowo University. He has worked variously as project and site architect, executing building designs to clients brief, Managing Clients, Project Scheduling etc. He brings business development, project management and planning skills to ensure delivery to quality, time and cost.
Victor Turner
Design Manager
Victor Turner graduated in 1992 with MSc in Architecture and has varied professional experience as design architect and project manager. He is lately of Habitat Forms Limited, where he job functions covered -Design buildings to clients brief; Client Management; and Project Supervision to ensure adherence and compliance to drawings.
Olusola Turner
Project Supervisor
Olusola graduated in June 1993, from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos-State with an Higher National Diploma in Building Technology. With over 15 years experience in the building industry, he has a knowledge of the building construction management process at the back of his hands. He has been involved with a great number of projects as the site manager and has graduated to the management of sites with site managers reporting to him.
Adeyemi Omolade
Cost Manager
Yemi Omolade graduated with BSc in Quantity Surveying from Obafemi Awolowo University and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from University of Calabar. Has varied professional experience in the construction industry and over 10years working as a consultant. He is lately of Mutual Benefit Homes and Properties, where his job functions among others covered –Preparation of Bills of Quantities, Cost Planning &Estimate, Vendors Management and Project Management.
Gboyega Bello
Engineering Manager
Gboyega is a certified civil engineer and has acquired immense field experience over the last 13 years. He has been the lead engineer in projects running to over 10 billion naira. He brings diligence and attention to detail to the team.
