Built from the Reinforced concrete foundation to long-span Aluminum roofing; All walls were floors finished in non-slip tiles, all glazing are Aluminum framed brown colour tinted windows, Doors a combination of hardwood flush doors for interior and steel doors for all external doors. Plumbing works entailed the building of a septic tank with servicing inspection chambers and connecting pipes.
