An estate comprising 256 flats in 20 blocks of 12 nos 3 bedroom flats. Each flat comprising, 3 bedrooms all en-suite, kitchen, store, laundry and Living cum Dining space. The estate had its own water treatment, power generating plants area with a generous splash of greens in form spot parks with children play spaces.
