Architectural design
Architectural designing is the process of initial and detailed project conceptualization in two and three dimensions without the actual construction of the building itself. This requires a lot of creativity and ability to see the unseen.
Design + Build
Our clientele at times prefer us to handle projects as turnkey developments bringing most of our skills and services to bear on the project. The advantage in this is the fact that the client relates with us and sets deadlines for delivery which sets the pace for project take off and execution.
Cost estimation and Management
Paramount on the mind of the user and the project owners is the issue of cost of project delivery. We have found out that cost considerations must start before the initial design stage, our cost estimators get involved at the project conception stage, offering advice and initial estimates that guide project initiation decisions.
